During the meeting, Modi urged the newly elected MPs to prioritise public service and grassroots engagement rather than spending time within Delhi’s elite circles. He also stressed the importance of disciplined conduct, particularly amid disruptions in the House.
Eknath Shinde joined some Shiv Sena MPs at the meeting. Discussions also covered national development, the North-East and the responsible use of social media to engage with young people.
The participants described the meeting as positive, with the interaction aimed at strengthening unity within the NDA ahead of the Monsoon Session.
